Another stunning sunrise at Lake Superior's North Shore. For this picture, I used a telephoto lens to focus on the beautiful red gradients created by the rising sun, and then the reflections of the red sky on the water and frozen ice (very foreground). It was bitter cold that day again, around -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.
